Joel Parkinson Wins the Quiksilver Pro France

For the second event in a row, the Foster's "oil cans" came out as the Aussies celebrated a WCT victory by one of their own.

This time it was Joel Parkinson, who took down Mick Fanning handily in an all-Australian final, after Fanning and Parko had beaten Kelly Slater and Andy Irons, respectively, in the semis.

It was Parkinson's first 'CT victory of the year, and he's now moved into fourth in the rankings as we now head for Mundaka, Spain.

The waiting period for the Billabong Pro Mundaka begins mid-week, so stay tuned for more WCT action.
