It is with great sadness that I must report tonight that the legendary surf and skate photographer Warren Bolster has passed away.
Bolster reportedly had been in failing health and was frequently in great pain. He apparently took his own life.
There are relatively few people involved in the surf world that can certifiably be called a "legend," but there's absolutely no question that Warren Bolster did indeed fit that description.
